WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRINTS AND ORIGINAL ARTWORKS?
An Original Work is a one-of-a-kind, hand-scripted, or painted piece of art created by Joanna Simeone. These one of a kind pieces are available framed or unframed and are signed by the artist.
Prints are a high-quality reproduction of an original painting. Your print is created by taking a very high-resolution scan or photograph of my original painting and then printing them onto canvas, museum-quality archival papers, and other materials. You get to choose the material, size, and frame. Get Started

Shop Bradley's! We have a long-term relationship with this exquisite store and often do the storefront displays as well. Be sure to stop by their physical location at 141 North Peters Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.

It is our desire that you are always deeply satisfied with your Milk Moon House purchase. However, if you find yourself with a question or concern, please contact us at milkmoonhouse@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we will do our very best to meet your needs. In the event an item arrives damaged, please email us a picture of the damaged item and we will replace it with one that is of the promised quality. Due to the nature of Original and Custom Art, all sales are final.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR ORIGINAL ART You will receive your expertly packaged art via FedEx, with a tracking number emailed the moment your art is shipped.
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Large Size Products and Crating Policies
Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. All additional Crate fees are included in the product total.
- Crate for MetalPrints over 30x40 to 40x60 $15.00 (required)
- Crate for MetalPrints over 40x60 $20.00 (required)
Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping,
We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
APO shipping is charged full cost and sent via USPS.
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
